Today I took a picture of my bug-eaten mini-rose. I played with softening, blur, and color adjustment, and cropped out the bugs. I think it looks much better now than in real life.
Yes, I was going to say it's beautiful and I like the softening, but I do think it could do with a bit of brightening to make the white bits white and not grey. Nice composition.
